Tool Ordering

The customer orders the tool based on the technical specifications of the desired profile.

Construction and Manufacturing

TD Tools designs and manufactures the tool, drawing on decades of engineering expertise.

Tool Delivery to Interplastica

The finished tool is delivered to Interplastica for testing under real production conditions.

Fine Tuning and Sampling

TD Tools and Interplastica work together to fine-tune the tool and produce profile samples to ensure optimal performance.

Customer
Approval

The customer receives the profile sample, packaging concept and logistics plan for review and official approval.

Start of Serial Production

After approval, the profile enters serial production at Interplastica, with packaging and delivery according to the agreed concept.
